If we are striving to optimize we must make sure we complete some level of physical activity every single day. Challenge yourself to do at least 30 minutes of movement every day.

If we want to live an epic life we have to take care of ourselves. Try activities like yoga, meditation, journaling, grounding, dancing and singing.
